Scope
These terms govern all services provided by Admin & Pixels (auto-entrepreneur, Paris, France) to its clients. Any engagement implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Services
Admin & Pixels offers business support, administrative assistance, digital presence, grant guidance, and professional services. The exact scope of each mission is defined in a written quote prior to any work beginning.
Quotes & Acceptance
All services begin with a written quote valid for 30 days. Acceptance of the quote — by email or signature — constitutes agreement to these terms and authorises work to commence.
Payment
Invoices are issued upon completion of the agreed deliverables, or at milestones defined in the quote. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payment
In the event of late payment, penalties are applied at a rate of 3× the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by Admin & Pixels remain the property of the provider until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for their stated purpose.
Liability
Admin & Pixels commits to a best-efforts obligation. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the service in question and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent courts of Paris.
